Easy Print Miami is responsible for product quality and verified manufacturing defects that we can inspect.
Shipping loss, carrier delays and carrier damage are handled through the selected carrier once the package leaves our facility.
Customer-approved artwork is the customer's responsibility, including spelling, dates, colors, sizing and low-quality uploaded files.
If the customer pays Easy Print Miami to create the design, design responsibility follows the approved design service scope and proof approval.

Production and handling time starts after payment confirmation and final artwork proof approval.
Cut off times: 1:00 PM for Same Day, 1:00 PM for Next Working Day, and 3:00 PM for 2-3 Business Days.
Orders approved after the cut off time move to the next available production day.
Local Miami customers can pick up qualifying Next Working Day orders the next working day at our shop.
If the order is not a local pickup, the finished order ships out that day and carrier transit time starts after handoff.

Shape and finish

Classic Ornate uses traditional sculpted curves, Center Medallion creates a strong central badge, and Crown Arch adds height for a crest or premium mark. Matte feels smooth with less glare; Gloss adds visible shine and stronger color contrast.

Artwork and approval

Full-color, grayscale, and one-color designs are accepted. Extend the background through the full shaped edge and keep logos, text, and QR codes inside the safety line. We verify the selected contour before production begins after your proof approval.

Production handoff

Orders generate PDF production output for digital-press. Use the selected band-shape contour from the Studio production artifact. The technical PDF carries the outer cut/bleed reference and inner safety path. Prepress must verify the final cut contour and impose bands for the selected press and cutter.
