Shipping loss, carrier delays and carrier damage are handled through the selected carrier once the package leaves our facility.

If the customer pays Easy Print Miami to create the design, design responsibility follows the approved design service scope and proof approval.

Production and handling time starts after payment confirmation and final artwork proof approval.
Cut off times: 1:00 PM for Same Day, 1:00 PM for Next Working Day, and 3:00 PM for 2-3 Business Days.
Orders approved after the cut off time move to the next available production day.
Local Miami customers can pick up qualifying Next Working Day orders the next working day at our shop.
If the order is not a local pickup, the finished order ships out that day and carrier transit time starts after handoff.

What you receive

Each mouse pad is printed in full color across the top surface in the standard 9.5 x 8 in rounded format. Your approved design is scaled to the printable area while important text and logos remain protected inside the safe zone.
