How laser engraving looks

Laser engraving permanently marks the barrel; it does not print full-color ink. Studio converts suitable artwork into a clean one-color engraving preview for approval.

Easy Print Miami is responsible for product quality and verified manufacturing defects that we can inspect.
Shipping loss, carrier delays and carrier damage are handled through the selected carrier once the package leaves our facility.
Customer-approved artwork is the customer's responsibility, including spelling, dates, colors, sizing and low-quality uploaded files.
If the customer pays Easy Print Miami to create the design, design responsibility follows the approved design service scope and proof approval.

Production and handling time starts after payment confirmation and final artwork proof approval.
Cut off times: 1:00 PM for Same Day, 1:00 PM for Next Working Day, and 3:00 PM for 2-3 Business Days.
Orders approved after the cut off time move to the next available production day.
Local Miami customers can pick up qualifying Next Working Day orders the next working day at our shop.
If the order is not a local pickup, the finished order ships out that day and carrier transit time starts after handoff.

Designed for daily business use

The retractable metal ballpoint body combines a notebook-friendly clip, replaceable refill and soft touchscreen stylus. At approximately 140 mm long and 12 mm wide, it is comfortable for meetings, welcome kits, front desks and giveaways.

Permanent laser personalization

Your logo or message is prepared as clean one-color artwork and engraved into the barrel inside a 2-inch by 0.25-inch window. The result is durable and does not peel like a surface sticker or full-color print.

Artwork that engraves clearly

Vector logos, bold lettering and simple line art produce the clearest result. Photos, gradients, shadows and very fine details must be simplified before production; Studio shows the engraving-ready version for approval.

Color and quantity choices

Choose Black, White, Red, Pink or Blue, then order 25, 50, 100 or 250 pens. The selected price includes one front-barrel engraving placement on every pen.
