Production starts once the bank or payment processor confirms the payment.
If our team prepares the design, production starts after both sides approve the final design and order details.
If the customer uploads artwork and approves the terms as ready to produce, production starts after payment confirmation.

Easy Print Miami is responsible for product quality and verified manufacturing defects that we can inspect.
Shipping loss, carrier delays and carrier damage are handled through the selected carrier once the package leaves our facility.
Customer-approved artwork is the customer's responsibility, including spelling, dates, colors, sizing and low-quality uploaded files.
If the customer pays Easy Print Miami to create the design, design responsibility follows the approved design service scope and proof approval.

Production and handling time starts after payment confirmation and final artwork proof approval.
Cut off times: 1:00 PM for Same Day, 1:00 PM for Next Working Day, and 3:00 PM for 2-3 Business Days.
Orders approved after the cut off time move to the next available production day.
Local Miami customers can pick up qualifying Next Working Day orders the next working day at our shop.
If the order is not a local pickup, the finished order ships out that day and carrier transit time starts after handoff.

Scrim vinyl banners are designed to stand out at any indoor or outdoor event. Printed on 13oz scrim vinyl with UV-cured inks, these banners are waterproof, durable, and made to maintain their vibrance rain or shine.

Size options

Choose from common banner sizes including 2ft x 3ft, 2ft x 4ft, 2ft x 5ft, 3ft x 5ft, 4ft x 6ft, 4ft x 8ft and 5ft x 10ft.

Grommet setup

Select no grommets, 4 corners and center, or 4 corners only. Keep logos, phone numbers and QR codes away from the grommet areas so the finished banner stays clean and readable.

Production notes

Standard production is 3-4 business days after approval. The Next Working Day upgrade adds $40 per selected set and requires final proof approval before 1:00 pm.
